In the Intellectual Property/Media and Technology Department, Sylvain Naillat has been promoted to counsel.

Cédric Poisvert, Partner – Life Science and Criminal Law

Cédric supports all those involved in the Life science sector in both advice and litigation. He advises pharmaceutical laboratories, biotechnology companies, medical device manufacturers and investment funds, in particular on the regulatory aspects of their business as well as in their research activities. He also assists them in litigation related to their activities, including those relating to product liability.

Cédric works with healthcare practitioners, private and public healthcare and medical-social facilities to structure their activities (grouping, contracting, auditing, etc.) and to defend their interests, particularly in the context of civil, criminal, administrative or disciplinary litigation.

Cédric also frequently practises in criminal law and participates, as a criminal law expert, in free advice sessions organised by the Paris Bar.

Cédric teaches at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and at several Universities, including the Master II in Medical and Pharmaceutical Liability Law Degree Program at Paris XI.

Romain Pietri, Partner – Employment Law

Romain Pietri has a certificate of specialisation in employment law and benefits from a solid expertise acquired in various firms specializing in labour law (Lafarge, Capstan) then at Nomos. He assists his clients in all areas of labor law, both in advisory and litigation matters. Romain is dedicated to helping his clients to better understand the complex regulations relating to the organization of working time and to finding legal solutions that provide the basis for appropriate exchanges between employers and trade unions or other employee representative bodies.

Romain also benefits from a recognized expertise in employment litigation (electoral litigation, collective litigation before the judicial court, labor disputes), while being now convinced of the virtues of conciliation or mediation.

Romain teaches at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in employment law.
