Nomos advises Lindab France on the acquisition of ATIB

Nomos advised Lindab France, a subsidiary of the listed Swedish company Lindab International AB which has international presence in 20 countries, on its acquisition of ATIB, a French specialist in ventilation and indoor air quality.
ATIB, based in Nantes and Bordeaux, offers innovative ventilation products and systems for all sectors of activity. With over 50 years’ know-how and long-standing relationships with major players in the climate engineering industry, it generates annual sales of 22 million euros.
The acquisition will enable Lindab France to strengthen its market position in the distribution and sale of ventilation products.
The Nomos team involved in this transaction alongside Lindab France was made up of Guillaume Leclair, partner and Mathieu Bourson, counsel.
The sellers were advised by Mélanie Rouger of TGS France.
