Nomos advised Lindab France in its acquisition of Acomat International, a specialist ventilation distributor.
Based and mainly active in the Paris region, Acomat International is a distributor of ventilation products specializing in flexible duct systems and accessories.
This acquisition gives Lindab France, a subsidiary of the listed Swedish group Lindab, which develops, manufactures, markets and distributes products and system solutions for the construction industry, access to new customer segments. It is part of a strategy to strengthen its position in the French market.
For this transaction, the Nomos team working alongside Lindab included partner Guillaume Leclair and counsel Mathieu Bourson.
