Nomos strengthens its Corporate/M&A department hiring Ghislain Grotti as associate
Nomos strengthens its M&A team by hiring Ghislain Grotti as new associate. The Corporate/M&A team, co-lead by Guillaume Leclair and Julie Evangelisti, now gathers seven experts.
Ghislain specialises in advising industrial groups and financial investors on their M&A, private equity/venture capital transactions and, more broadly, on any corporate matters.
Before joining Nomos, Ghislain worked at Rossi Bordes & Associés and Delsol Avocats.

Sara Pomar conseille principalement des groupes industriels et des investisseurs devant l’Autorité de la Concurrence, la Commission européenne et les juridictions françaises et européennes. Elle intervient régulièrement en matière d’opérations de concentrations en France et à l’étranger, de cartels, d’abus de position dominante, d’aides d’Etat, de programmes de conformité, de pratiques restrictives, de droit de la distribution et de la franchise et de droit de la consommation.
Avant de rejoindre NomoS, Sara Pomar a exercé respectivement chez CMS Francis Lefebvre, Dentons et Franklin. Elle est titulaire d’un doctorat en droit de la concurrence et enseigne à la faculté de droit de l’Université Paris XII.
