Nomos Welcomes Grégoire Gauger as a New Partner in Business Litigation

Nomos is pleased to announce the arrival of a new partner, Grégoire Gauger, who will develop the firm’s litigation practice.

Grégoire Gauger specializes in business litigation, covering contract law, commercial law, corporate and financial law, as well as cases such as shareholder disputes and the dismissal of senior executives. He has also developed significant expertise in association law, foundations and endowment funds, and inheritance law.

With a diverse client portfolio, including business leaders, prominent families, and prestigious institutions such as museums, foundations, professional organizations, and leading associations, Grégoire Gauger brings strategic and operational expertise to support both French and international clients.

Grégoire Gauger began his career at Cohen Amir-Aslani in 2016 and joined the firm 28 Octobre as counsel in 2023. He is admitted to the Paris and Geneva Bars and holds a Master of Arts in Elections and Campaign Management from Fordham University (2013) as well as a Master II in Business Law, with a specialization in French and Swiss law, from Panthéon Assas University (Paris II) and the University of Fribourg (2011).

In addition to his legal work, he serves as Deputy Mayor of Paris’s 8th arrondissement, overseeing youth, sports, and the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

With his arrival, Nomos now comprises 10 partners and nearly 30 lawyers.
