Mathieu Bourson is employed as Counsel in Nomos’ Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Department, which he joined in 2008.
Mathieu primarily works in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law. He also has expertise in commercial law, insolvency proceedings and commercial leases.
In corporate matters, Mathieu is involved in strategic transactions for our clients (acquisition, sale, merger, demerger, partial asset transfer, capital transactions, refinancing etc.) as well as their day-to-day corporate operations.
Mathieu advises investors (investment funds, major companies etc.) as well as target companies (manufacturing groups, start-ups etc.).
Mathieu is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Association of Corporate Lawyers (Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises – ACE) and the Association Nationale des Diplômés Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (ANDJCE – the national association of qualified company legal advisers).
