Romain Pietri co-leads the employment law department with Virginie Delestre.
Romain Pietri has a certificate of specialisation (awarded by the French Bar Council after a minimum four years’ practice) in labour employment. He works on all aspects of this field. Admitted to the Bar in 2006, he developed his expertise in various law firms specialising in employment law, including Lafarge and Capstan.
He is dedicated in particular to helping our clients better understand the complex regulations governing the organisation of working time and to finding legal solutions that provide the basis for appropriate exchanges between employers and trade unions or other employee representative bodies.
Romain Pietri also has expertise in employment litigation (employment tribunals, social divisions of the court of appeal, collective disputes and electoral litigation), while remaining convinced of the virtues of conciliation and mediation.
As a lecturer, Romain Pietri teaches in Master I degree programme in Employment Law at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University
