Sara Pomar specializes in competition, distribution and consumer law. With solid experience acquired in renowned international law firms, Sara supports her clients in the deployment of their projects in France and abroad.
Sara mainly assists industrial groups and investors before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and the French and European courts in matters relating to mergers in France and abroad, anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant positions, state aid, compliance programs, setting up distribution networks (commercial negotiations, single agreement, franchising and selective distribution) and consumer law (general terms and conditions, guarantees, labeling, product regulations and advertising).
Sara works in sectors as varied as agri-food, audiovisual, e-commerce, sporting goods, online advertising and luxury goods.
Prior to joining NomoS, Sara Pomar worked at CMS Francis Lefebvre, Dentons and Franklin respectively. She holds a PhD in competition law and teaches at the University of Paris 12 Law School.
Sara is a member of the Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence (APDC), the Association Française d’Etude de la Concurrence (AFEC) and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Legal Club.
