Virginie co-leads the employment law department with Romain Pietri.
Trained at Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University and aware of the benefits of the English/US approach from early on in her career, Virginie quickly built a litigation practice in her field and in Criminal Law as a Secrétaire de la Conférence.
Today, Virginie has an extensive practice in consulting and litigation for French companies and international groups, in addition to individuals, thus maintaining a comprehensive approach to legal issues.
First and foremost, Virginie is accessible to her clients with whom she and her team remain in close contact over the long term, thus establishing a real partnership. Beyond the legal framework in which her recommendations are always rooted, Virginie is particularly committed to identifying tailored and highly operational strategic approaches.
On individual issues as well as collective projects with wide-ranging challenges, Virginie has developed real expertise in approach and in negotiation, although she is always prepared to consider litigation, if necessary, before the civil and criminal courts.
Virginie teaches litigation strategy in the vocational Master II degree programme in Employment Law for legal advisers (Juristes) at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
